Well we can’t be 100% perfect ALL the time can we? But when we’re not completely in our plan’s “box”, it’s the choices we make that dictate whether we move toward our goal or away from it. That’s why I’m creating a section just for those substitutes for the things we can’t live without like chocolate chip cookies or ice cream. If you have others to add to this list I’d love to hear it!

I love Pria bars!
My favorites are the French Vanilla and the Chocolate Mint. About once every 12 weeks, my local grocery store will put these on sale for 10 for $10 and I stock up then.
These bars are my “movie treats.” I sneak them into the movies to keep me away from the popcorn stand.
I love the 100 calorie packs of peanut M&Ms. They are expensive but the portion control is awesome. My nutritionist said, if you have to have M&Ms, take the peanut ones, because at least you will get the protein. Adding a glass of milk would be even better.

I have also heard that with M&Ms (and Hershey’s) you should get the version with the nuts as there is some nutritional value in them. I didn’t even know that M&Ms came in 100 calorie packs! Thanks for the tip.
